We are accepting wine and non-wine donations- all gifts made to the Brooks are tax deductible!

We will accept ANY donation great or small- AND we’ll make it easy for you!

1. Simply download the PDF donation form (forms must accompany all donations to insure prompt receipt of donation acknowledgement).

2. Drop your wines off at any of the following locations on Monday, December 28th, 2009:

The Memphis Brooks Museum of Art | 1934 Poplar Ave.

Buster’s Liquors & Wines | 191 S. Highland from

Joe’s Liquors | 1681 Poplar Ave.

3. OR we’ll even pick up your donation. To schedule a pick-up, call 544.6209.

2010 Wine and Non-Wine Donations

We understand the demands made on your generosity each year are great, and we know you must make charitable gifts selectively. Your participation in the Art of Good Taste allows the Brooks Museum to continue to pursue our vision of transforming lives through the power of art. Your donation of wine, monetary gifts, and luxury items directly supports traveling exhibitions, an expanding permanent collection, public programs and educational outreach. All donated items are tax deductible up to their respective fair market value.

Making your Donation
We are prepared to receive your wine donation immediately following our receipt of your completed donation form. Many donors prefer to send their wines during the cooler months. We will lock and store your donation in a temperature-controlled cellar.

Shipping Instructions

DIRECT SHIPPING NEWS: On May 21, 2009, the Tennessee legislature passed the direct shipping bill which allows up to 3 cases of wine, per winery, per year to be shipped direct.

Industry donations may also be shipped through your Memphis area wholesaler. Clearly mark the shipping carton(s) The Art of Good Taste - Brooks Museum Wine Auction.
